We Built What We Couldn't Find
Humberto and JR didn't grow up in boardrooms — they grew up on job sites. Their fathers were tradesmen who worked across multiple crafts, and from a young age, Humberto and JR were right there alongside them, learning how real construction work gets done. Not in theory. In practice, in the dirt, with tools in their hands.
By the time they were running their own work, they'd seen every version of the same problem: too much time lost to paperwork, missed change orders that should have been money in the bank, estimates built from memory and gut feel, and crews managed by text message. They weren't bad at running their business — the tools they had were just holding them back.
So they looked at the software everyone was recommending. Some platforms were priced for Fortune 500 companies and felt like it — complicated, bloated, and designed by people who had clearly never worn a hard hat. Others were cheap but incomplete, missing the specific workflows that trade contractors actually need.
